Michael left us today. He did much of the hard work getting us safely to Cornwall. Thank you very much. We also had fantastic news that Alice has got engaged to Herms. After lunch we headed round the notorious Lizard headland. It was very calm and there wasn't much wind so we only managed to sail for an hour or so. The weather down here is certainly warmer and I wore shorts all day for the first time on our journey. Falmouth is an amazing contrast to Newlyn which was primarily a fishing harbour. This place is yachty paradise. We're moored alongside a motorboat in the Marina.
