We've crossed the border. We're on the South of the Lough which is in the ROI. The North is in NI. We were pleased to get going again. Our plan was to get to Ardglass but the conditions were good so we pressed on for a day's sail of 65 miles. Although it was chilly and overcast, the wind was mainly about 10 knots building to 16 in the last hour or so. The sea was pretty smooth and we made excellent time with long periods when we were consistently making over 7.5 knots through the water.
