A mere 30 miles today. We motored about half as there was no wind and slowly sailed the rest in light airs. We passed through the torpedo testing and submarine exercise areas and were warned off by the range guard vessel. The odd seal and the distant tips of a couple of dolphin fins were all we saw. We had a go at anchoring but fortunately a kindly local found us a buoy for the night. Great showers ashore and a wonderful meal overlooking the water in the company of a Swedish couple setting off for 10 years of sailing in their 51 footer. In the meantime the alarm went off at home.
